Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 September 2026. These terms apply to every order placed through mawg.uk. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

1. Who we are
mawg.uk is operated by MAWG (“we”, “us”), a business registered in the United Kingdom. Registered address: [registered address]. Company number: [company number]. VAT number: [VAT number, if registered]. Email: hello@mawg.uk. We sell watches, fragrances and eyewear to consumers in the UK and internationally.

2. Placing an order and forming a contract
When you place an order you are offering to buy the goods on these terms. We will send an acknowledgement email; this is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. We may decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, where we cannot verify payment, or where a pricing error has occurred (see clause 4). If we decline an order after payment, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and, for UK deliveries, include VAT at the current rate where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. For orders delivered outside the UK, any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are payable by you and are not included in our prices.

4. Pricing errors
We take care to price correctly, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to sell it at that price. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund. If we have already dispatched, we will honour the price paid.

5. Product descriptions and authenticity
We describe each piece honestly, including its reference or model number and, for watches, whether it is new or previously owned, and which boxes, papers, links and tags accompany it. All goods are original items produced by the brand named; we are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with or authorised by Rolex, Gucci, Ray-Ban or any other brand named on this site. Trade marks belong to their owners. Images are for illustration; slight variations in colour may occur.

6. Delivery
Delivery options, timings and charges are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. We aim to dispatch within one working day of payment clearing. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us; ownership passes when we receive full payment. Watches are sent insured on a signed-for service and may require an adult signature.

7. Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To cancel, email hello@mawg.uk with your order number, or use the model cancellation form below. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, at your own cost unless the goods are faulty. We refund the price paid and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. This right does not apply to sealed fragrances that have been unsealed after delivery, for hygiene reasons.

8. Our thirty-day returns promise
Beyond your legal right, we accept returns of unworn, unused goods in their original box with all papers and tags for thirty days from delivery. Full details are on our Refund & Returns Policy page.

9. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a piece is faulty or not as described you may reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days and within six months you may ask for a repair or replacement, and if that fails, a refund. Contact hello@mawg.uk with your order number and photographs and we will arrange collection at our cost.

10. Warranty
Watches, frames and atomisers carry our two-year warranty against manufacturing faults, in addition to your legal rights. It does not cover wear, accidental damage, water damage where the piece was used beyond its rating, or work carried out by third parties.

11. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Your account and use of the site
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You must not use the site unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its operation. Content on this site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, email hello@mawg.uk and we will try to resolve it within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.

14. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
