Packed by hand, sent tracked

United Kingdom
Orders are dispatched from the UK within one working day of payment clearing. Standard tracked delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. Delivery is complimentary on orders over $150; below that, a flat $10 is added at checkout. Watches are always sent fully insured on a signed-for service.

Europe and international
We ship worldwide on a tracked, insured service. Allow 5 to 10 working days for Europe and 7 to 14 for the rest of the world. Duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the UK are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Packaging
Every order is packed by hand in plain outer packaging with no brand marks on the box. Watches ship in their original case with any papers, tags and links that accompany the piece. Fragrances ship sealed in the house box.

Returns
You have thirty days from delivery to return any piece that is unworn, unused and in the box it came in, with all papers and tags. Fragrances must be sealed. Email hello@mawg.uk with your order number and we will send return instructions; refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the piece reaching us. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Warranty
Watches, frames and atomisers carry our two-year warranty against manufacturing faults. We repair before we replace.
